Hi! I’m Melissa Witmer, founder of Ultimate Results, author of MelissasUltimateFitness.com and The Ultimate Athlete Handbook, and creator of The Ultimate Athlete Project.
I started 25 Ultimate Tips in 2012 as a fun way to continue writing as I was traveling through Colombia giving ultimate fitness clinics. I’ve written a lot over the years so being on this list is a great way to be directed to my best work. I’ve also invited quite a few friends to contribute expert advice.

As I answer reader questions, I continue to add to the 25 Ultimate Tips list. 25 Ultimate Tips has actually grown quite a bit beyond just 25.
